Here’s everything you need to make your journey smooth.
The nearest airport is MONTERY REGIONAL AIRPORT (MRY), with direct flights from lax and san (san diego).
for additional flexibility, san francisco international airport (sfo) is
about a 1hr 45min drive from the monterey area, and san jose mineta international airport (sjc) is about a 1hr 15min drive.
Airports
Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding, picking up directly from the hyatt regency monterey, where we have reserved a block of rooms (see below under "hotels"). If you choose to stay outside of the hyatt, you will need to arrange your own transportation to/from the hotel. Self-driving and rideshares are not permitted at Stonepine Estate. guests are required to utilize the shuttles to travel to/from the wedding venue.
transportation will not be provided to and from the welcome drinks hosted at the sardine factory, as self-driving and rideshares are permitted at the restaurant.
PICKUP SCHEDULE
On saturday, shuttles will promptly depart from the hyatt regency monterey at 3:45pm. please be on time, as all shuttles will plan to depart at 3:45pm. there ARE NO OTHER SHUTTLE STOPS.
once the reception concludes at 10pm, those who wish to head back to the hyatt regency monterey will be able to do so using the shuttles. those who wish to head to the after party on-site will board a separate set of shuttles. although the after party location is on-site, shuttles will be utilized for efficiency and ease.
all remaining guests will be taken back to the hyatt regency monterey once the after party concludes at 12am.

the hyatt regency monterey is located within a 10min drive from the sardine factory, where we will be hosting the welcome drinks.
alternatively, there are many great options for accommodations if you prefer to stay in carmel-by-the-sea, including hotel carmel, la playa, villa mara, and le petit pali. carmel-by-the-sea is around a 15min drive from the sardine factory if you plan on attending the welcome drinks.
